We are currently the only Letting agent in the West Midlands with a 24 hour maintenance or emergency helpline, any problems you may have our maintenance team will be there to help around the clock.
We have a Corgi registered engineer for all gas safety certificates or general problems with boilers or heating, a fully qualified electrician, plumber, plasterer, brick layers and landscape gardeners also available.
All of our maintenance work is carried out very professionally and is very competitive in price, if you are not completely satisfied with the quote that you receive from our maintenance team we will offer to retrieve other quotes for you.
Our maintenance team are also available for private works that may be needed you do not need to be a client of Ellis Estates to take advantage of their services.
